We enjoyed the friendly staff and the delicious meals, both breakfast and dinner. The value for money was excellent. The location was also beautiful.
there were some loud bells ringing in the morning that disturbed our sleep.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, making me feel safe and comfortable. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a sauna, tennis courts, and an exceptional natural lake for swimming. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. The location in the center of this city was perfect, allowing for easy access to shops and attractions.

The hotel offered a nice variety of breakfast foods that were tasty, and the scenic view from the room was really lovely, making the stay a bit more enjoyable. Best aspects: the location was also convenient for accessing the nearby skiing and hiking areas, which provided some much-needed entertainment on the New Year's holiday. the staff were friendly and welcoming, making the experience more pleasant overall.
The sauna and pool were both closed unexpectedly in the evenings, which was a bit disappointing considering they were key amenities advertised on the website. the room itself was quite cramped and uncomfortable, which detracted from the overall experience and made resting and relaxing a bit difficult.

This hotel is ideally located in the center of a charming village, surrounded by stunning natural scenery. the rooms offer breathtaking views of the valley at sunset, creating a truly romantic atmosphere. the staff are exceptionally kind and provide discreet yet attentive service. the breakfast buffet is delicious, with a wide variety of options. the hotel also offers great facilities such as a swimming pond and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a day of hiking.
Although the hotel offers a good variety of meals, it would be nice if the sauna and pool were open for longer in the evening.

I had an ideal stay for my active holiday at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, making me feel comfortable with their discreet presence and attention. The rooms had a very romantic view of the valley, especially when the sun set down. The breakfast buffet was very good and there were plenty of options to choose from.
No faults to complain about.
